Lee Jinhee of the School of Drama Presents the Exhibition “Hanbok Garden” in
the Hanbok Culture Week 2021
Professor Lee Jinhee of the School of Drama presented “Hanbok Garden,” the exhibition, during the Hanbok Culture Week 2021 at the Starfield COEX Mall in Seoul from 11 to 17 October.
The Hanbok Culture Week is the national event organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and hosted by the Korea Craft & Design Foundation and Hanbok Advancement Center that aims to promote the Hanbok as attire for everyday wear. Professor Lee has directed costumes in many popular Korean dramas and films such as Love in the Moonlight (2016), Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010), The Great Battle (2018), and The Treacherous (2015).
In this exhibition, she showcased the
Hanbok looks from the dramas and films, which go along with the video art that
filmed the scenes of four seasons of the Buyongjeong in the Secret Garden of
the Changdeokgung Palace.
