[COVID-19] K-Arts Covid-19 Response Guide

During the COVID-19, the K-Arts will operate class as below to ensure the secure learning enviroment and guarantee students’ right to quality education. In response to Korean government’s policy agaist COVID-19, “Keeping Borders Open & Keeping Society Open”, the university tries to preserve the openness in the daily life of the students with the minimal interference in one’s freedom, managing the risk but with the least limitation of activities.

 

The teaching method will be as in the following as per the COVID-19 manual provided by the Korean government:

When the percentage of COVID-19 confirmed cases reaches to the 10% of the total number of K-Arts members, full-scale transition to contact-free class be held.

 

 

 

For face-to-face classes

- COVID-19 Vaccine Pass (QR code) holders : always check QR when entering to the classroom.

- Unvaccinated students : always required to report a “Negative” result of antigen test or self test which was tested in a week.

- mandatory infection prevention guideline : constant mask-wearing, fever & QR/vaccine check, no foods, social distancing, etc.

 

The use of school facilities

(practice room, art studio, machine room, rehearsal room, etc)

- application approvals from the Department Head is required

- operation time : 08:00~23:00 (Mon-Fri), 10:00~20:00 (Sat-Sun)

- mandatory infection prevention guideline : constant mask-wearing, no foods, no shower, etc. Consult with your TA when apply.

7-day of use control enacts for violating the guideline.
