The three-day workshop combined practical training with theoretical learning. Participants attended ballet classes led by professional dancers, repertoire classes, and special lectures exploring the artistic mind and body. The program aimed to help participants develop both technical skills and artistic sensitivity through direct engagement with professional practitioners.

The workshop featured an exceptional lineup of guest lecturers, including Nadezhda Tsay, executive director and choreographer of Russian Ballet LLC; Lee Eonwon, first soloist at the Hungarian State Opera; and Chae Jiyoung, principal dancer at Boston Ballet. On the second day, Professor Jeong Okhee of the Dance Research Institute at Ewha Womans University delivered a lecture on the history of ballet class, and Lee Daehoon, director of Dream S&S, led a session on physical training.

President Jo stated, “This workshop offered participants an opportunity to discover one another’s potential, experience the fundamentals of dance, and network with professionals in various fields. In the upcoming intensive winter camp, we look forward to helping each participant further develop their individual potential and grow as an artist.”

Starting with dance, the 2026 K-Gifted in Arts Project will continue with programs in traditional arts, music, and fine arts. Participants’ growth throughout the workshops, advanced mentoring, and intensive winter camp will be documented and shared through various formats, including documentary production and digital archiving.
