Honorary Professor Nam Jeong-Ho Is Appointed Art Director at the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company

Honorary Professor Nam Jeong-Ho of School of Dance was appointed art director at the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company. Professor Nam had been a member of Cie Jean-Gaudin in France in 1980. She is recognized for introducing non-American styles to the Korean contemporary dance.

Since the foundation of the School of Dance in 1996, Professor Nam committed to training young talent at the Department of Choreography till her retirement in 2018. Her term as art director is three years. Celebrating its 10^th anniversary, the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company will start the season in April with the performance “Opening.”
