Choe Junho,, Professor of School of Drama, Is Bestowed French National Order of the Legion of Honour

Professor Choe Junho of School of Drama was delivered French National Order of the Legion of Honour for making contributions to cultural exchange between Korea and France. The Legion of Honour is the highest French award for civil merits in various areas such as politics, economics, cultures, and academics.

Professor Choe organized and co-produced several performances from Korea in France at Avignon Festival, Theatre de la Ville de Paris, La Maison des cultures du monde, and Le Theatre du Soleil. He also directed the event at “2015-2016 The Year of France in Korea” which celebrated the past 130 years of diplomatic ties between Korea and France.
