Filmmaker Namkoong Sun’s Ten Months (2020) Goes to the 16th Korean Film Festival in Paris

Ten Months (2020), film director Namkoong Sun’s graduation film for the master’s degree, was officially invited to the Paysage section in the 16th Korean Film Festival in Paris (FFCP) from 26 Oct. 21 to 02 Nov. 21.

The FFCP is the largest annual Korean film festival in Paris that introduces Korean cinema to the French. Ten Months (2020) is a feature film that follows the story of a 29-year-old protagonist who is frustrated after knowing she was accidentally pregnant. As a reason for selection, chief programmer David Tredler commented, “The film allures the audience with its unpredictable ways and humorous tone to deliver the insights on life.

Even before this event, Ten Months (2020) received invitations to many domestic and international film festivals, such as Jeonju International Film Festival, Seoul International Film Festival, New York Asian Film Festival, and Hawaii International Film Festival.
